About me
I am a clinical member of the Ontario Association of
Psychotherapists. I hold a diploma from the Toronto
Institute of Relational Psychotherapy and an honours
bachelor of Fine Arts from York University.
My background is in the arts, and I am a
musician. I have spent almost 30 years listening
deeply and responding sensitively to others in the moment.
This same skill informs my work as a therapist.
From both my professional and personal experience I
believe that it is not necessarily the therapeutic theory,
the approach, or the programme that leads to change and
growth. It's the something extra, the connection that we
forge that can make the difference.
